Elon Musk’s Starlink internet service leaving beta in October

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said that the company’s Star Link satellite internet network will launch its beta phase next month. The Starlink system is a constellation of about 12,000 satellites that will provide continuous broadband internet service for a low monthly fee. It launched its beta test in October 2020 with a setup costs of $499 and a monthly fee of $99. Read more
