Luxury brand Gucci plans to enter the metaverse and purchase part of virtual land in the Sandbox creating the “Gucci Vault” platform. Gucci will use this platform for various metaverse-related projects, including NFT collection selling and vintage items. In collaboration with animated celebrities entertainment brand SUPERPLASTIC fashion house created the NFT collection, “Supergucci.” This collection includes a three-part series with a handcrafted porcelain sculpture and designs inspired by Gucci Aria.
